After the recent storm system came through our area, it made me think about how many homeowners dont realize they have roof damage until much later. Missing shingles, small leaks, or flashing problems can be pretty easy to overlook at first. From what Ive seen, documenting things early and getting a professional inspection can help avoid bigger insurance issues later.
